Ballifeary Guest House, accommodation near Loch Ness, is a 4 star B&B offering seven luxury rooms. Ballifeary is ideally situated in Inverness for a short break, overnight stay or as a base to explore Loch Ness and the Highlands of Scotland - open all year (except during the Christmas holiday period 24th - 29th December).

Prices are per person based on 2 people sharing a Double/Twin Bedded room, includes full Sottish Breakfast and VAT. Prices for single occupancy of a Double/Twin Bedded room available on request.

Ballifeary Guest House does not have any family rooms and we do not accommodate children under 15 years old.
INFORMATION AND BOOKING CONDITIONS;-
RESERVATIONS can be made by e-mail, telephone, fax or post with Credit Card details or a Deposit Cheque.
For Credit Card confirmations we will need the Name on the Card, Card Number,Valid from Date, Expiry Date & 3 Digit Security Code no charges are made until departure except in the case of cancellation.
CANCELLATION:- In accordance with industry guidelines a guest wishing to cancel a booking without becoming liable for a large cancellation charge must now do so 7 days before they are due to arrive. If a guest does not stay for the total length of their booking then we may request reimbursment for the loss of revenue as a result of rooms being un-occupied. In the event of a late cancellation total cost of reservation will be payable if we are unable to re-let the room. ALL cancellations are charged £15.00 administration fee to cover card charges etc. ANY PAYMENTS MADE ON-LINE WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF THE ACCOMMODATION IS RE-LET.
SMOKING:- All rooms in the Guest House are completely NON-SMOKING. A charge of 1 nights accommodation will be made to any guest not complying with this policy.
CHECK-IN is available any time after 3.00pm. If an earlier check-in is required please enquire in advance.
CHECK-OUT:- Rooms should be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
BREAKFAST:- Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am. If an earlier breakfast is required please enquire in advance.
PETS:- Sorry but we do not have facilities to accommodate any pets.
